THE JAVA’S BREWIN’
IN WOODMONT
Huntingdon
Valley, PA – Woodmont, the first and only Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND) in
Montgomery County, welcomes Java’s Brewin’ to the neighborhood. Java’s Brewin’
is the quintessential neighborhood coffee shop—a place for Huntingdon Valley to
congregate, relax and enjoy a great cup of coffee and more. Opening is
tentatively scheduled for early February 2007.
Java’s Brewin’ offers
a variety of gourmet treats, in addition to their delicious coffee drinks. They
are ready to show off their signature monstrous muffins, bagels, panini
sandwiches and wraps, salads, soups and pizzas in a relaxed atmosphere. Java’s
Brewin’ will offer free Wi-Fi to all of their customers, so you can stay
connected during breakfast or lunch. Or you can leave your laptop at home or
work and bring a magazine, book or newspaper and relax on the comfortable
couches.
Co-Owners Grace and
Lou Manzi, a husband and wife team, are excited for the opening of their first
Java’s Brewin’ café. They said “Making our experience of becoming store owners
even more special is the opportunity to become part of the Woodmont community.
We're extremely eager to become active members of the community and to form
productive and lasting relationships with the neighbors.”
Java’s Brewin’ is
located in Woodmont on Byberry Road (near Heaton Road) in Huntingdon Valley. To
reach Woodmont from the PA Turnpike, exit at Willow Grove (343) and follow Route
611 south to Fitzwatertown Road and turn left. Fitzwatertown becomes Terwood
Road. Follow Terwood to Davisville Road and turn left, then continue to Byberry
Road and turn right. Turn left onto Heaton Road and continue to the entrance on
the left. From I-95, exit at Woodhaven Road (24)/Route 63 west and continue
past Franklin Mills Mall. Turn right onto Byberry Road and right on Reading
Way.
Woodmont is the
inspiration of Arcadia Land Company, Wayne, PA-based neighborhood developers.
The TND concept is inspired by fine old neighborhoods found in America and
Europe where green parks, neighbors and the coffee shop are just a short stroll
down tree-lined streets. Front porches invite relaxed gatherings and kids play
games safely on broad sidewalks or explore nearby woods, searching for tiny
creatures and climbing tall trees. The homes of Woodmont represent a carefully
created and strictly disciplined architectural mix reminiscent of the great
towns of southeastern Pennsylvania, including Chestnut Hill, Doylestown and West
Chester. For more information, visit www.woodmontpa.com or www.arcadialand.com.
